Nikita, Lake Charles, Louisiana posted under manila: Manila is a first class city . I was there. The Manila Ocean Park is awesome and the experience with the doctor fishes was fantastic. It removes feet odor. The fireworks display on New Year's eve was marvelous. Manila has many first class hotels.
